Who I am

I have proudly called Santa Barbara home for the past 13 years, for the second time in my life (I had to come back). My professional journey began in the culinary industry, where I worked as a chef before transitioning into finance and marketing. I am currently studying to become a Certified Financial Planner while working with a long standing local marketing and advertising firm.

Through these roles, I’ve gained first hand insight into the challenges and opportunities facing our residents, small businesses, and working families. Santa Barbara’s strength lies in its people and its diversity of perspectives.

I never saw myself running for public office. But when you care deeply about your community, there comes a moment when you feel called to step forward and serve. For me, that moment is now. Leadership means showing up with thoughtful, principled representation when your community needs it most. I invite you to explore my vision for the future of our city.

Starting in June, I’ll be hosting small meet and greets at local coffee shops throughout District 5. These are casual opportunities to connect, have a conversation, and talk about what matters most to you. I want to hear your ideas, your concerns, and your vision for our city. To help get things started, I’ll be covering the first few coffees. I hope you’ll join me for a cup and a good conversation.
